What forms of payment do you accept?
I currently accept Aetna, BCBS, United Healthcare, and OPTUM. You can also self-pay in the form of cash or credit/debit card. If you have concerns about finances, The Wellness Check-Up may be a better option. Please contact me to discuss how to get you started.
I'm so busy, do you provide online appointments?
Yes, I currently provide in-person appointments as well as online teletherapy appointments. My online appointments are provided on a secure HIPAA compliant platform. Prior to scheduling a teletherapy appointment, a brief consult will be conducted to make sure you are an appropriate client for teletherapy services. Some clients need to begin with an in-person appointment.


I think I'm ok. So how do I know if I need therapy or not?
We all have times in our life that we feel overwhelmed, stuck, or simply just don’t know what to do or who to talk to. Moreover, a lot of us just keep it to ourselves and go about business as usual. Ideally, a therapist can be useful when concerns INITIALLY arise. Too often, we struggle alone and only reach out for help when things turn into a crisis. If you are struggling with something very new or with something very old, a therapist may be just what you need.
